Bondurant Associates was established in 1988 as a prime design firm providing “Real World Solutions” to several companies developing projects on a national scale. Services provided in-house include Architecture, Structural Engineering and Site Development Planning and Permitting.

Our clients consist of nationally recognized companies from the manufacturing, retail, developer, and government fields. Our private sector clients include Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Kash ‘n Karry, Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Ingles, Goodmark Foods, and BI-LO, all of which are national food or grocery industry corporations.

Facilities designed for these clients have included corporate office buildings, distribution centers, refrigerated facilities and vehicle maintenance centers, as well as retail stores and destination shopping centers.
